Since last week my phone has not had signal I get intermittent 3G and I’m not able to make calls or receive text

If you are using an esim, there was an issue last week.

Try rebooting your phone first, if not,

You will need to go in store with photo ID for a replacement esim or contact O2 to send one to your MyO2.
