I can't find out how to send my phone in for repair.

I've been through the troubleshooter and I cannot fix my phone. It needs to be sent in but I can't find out how to do that. The website just sends me round in circles.

Can anyone help?

Best thing to do in all honesty is to contact the manufacturer of the phone, the service will be quicker and more efficient.. 
Also if you really want o2 to repair it then contact Customer Services Guide: How to find help & contact O2
