Data cut off early

I should have 4 days left on this month of my sim and my data and plan has cut off early. I was planning on getting a pay monthly sim after this and I can’t get the good deals because now my number isn’t valid. Why has it cut off four days early? It even says that I still have so much talk text and data left but won’t actually let me use it

Could be a sim, phone or network issue.
