I had one O2 and two Vodafone lines.
The Vodafone contracts were finished last week, so I decided to move these two Vodafone numbers to my O2 account.
I got PAC codes from my Vodafone account, used them and added my two numbers to the O2 account.
After that, I realised the O2 web page did not add these numbers to my account; in fact, it overwrote the previous number. My last added Vodafone number is active in my earlier O2 SIM card; the other SIM cards have nothing. Both numbers are still visible under my previous orders menu. I have to place my previous two phone numbers (the old O2 and the second Vodafone number) into the SIM cards.
There is no way to do this via my O2 account, and there is no way to reach any online or phone support O2 person. After a frustrating effort, I found this forum. I hope someone from O2 support is reading this. One phone line is my main company line, and my clients can not reach me now.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Thank you for the answer. I will try to reach O2 using the social media and phone numbers in your post and update my entry accordingly.
