I had 2 O2 numbers but changed the main one to another provider. When I go to my O2 account the remaining number is not shown. I tried adding a device and it says this is already registered. Any Ideas??

It's an issue caused by moving customers to the new billing syste,
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
