Serial Number Entery

Hi, 

I recently got a new o2 sim card and wanted to transfer my old number onto the new sim card. 

After going through the form and getting towards the end, as i go to type in my serial number it will not let me delete the exemplary one or type in mine!!!

Can someone help please?
