Phone not working on 5G

Hi I’m on holiday in Turkey and my phone has been working normally, then into day 5 it’s stopped working on 5G, it works on WiFi, but not 5G, so I can’t understand stand why, my partners is still working, and he’s on the same network but different phone. Thank you for any help or advice. Gonna try and ring o2 in the morning off my partners phone if I can get through on his mobile, not sure though using his mobile number when it’s about mine. We will see. Thank you.

Set your phone to 4G or try another network and see if you can get coverage.. 

It doesnt matter what number you call froml, if its not on 02 then it will be a chargable call.
