Hi.

2 days ago my screen became 'occasionally' unresponsive ...

Sometimes when i unlock it, about 1 in 5 times the screen will wake up, but not recognise touch... Cant slide, cant select apps etc

All i need to do is lock it again then unlock it and will work fine, and will carry on working fine... Its only occasionally so im assuming the phone itself is not broken...

Any ideas? Cheers

A start @Dean85 would be to restart it, delete apps that you don't use, clear cookies etc and generally to do a bit of housekeeping on it. If the 'phone is sluggish but not broken, that might help. 👍

Maybe worth doing a forced reboot to start with.

Hold the power button down for 10 - 20 seconds to achieve this

Also, might also be worth asking on the Motorola Forums

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
