Hello, everyone,

Has anyone had this kind of problem before.

The problem is I sent a SMS message from Lyca number to O2 number.  The O2 number cannot receive the SMS. However, the Lyca number can receive the SMS O2 number sent out.

This problem only happened between these two numbers. I have tested both numbers with other phones. Both numbers worked fine.

I have tried everything I can, the problem is still there. For example, checked the blocked numbers, reset network settings and change to new phones.

I have called both Lyca and O2. No one thinks it is their problem.

Which side could possibly cause this?

Thanks,

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Enlli

There is actually a posting on the ISP Review forums that reproduces the latest Lyca Mobile message to its customers :-

Lyca Mobile Update | ISPreview UK Forum

A bit of a mess, particularly for Lyca's customers.
