I have recently noticed that occasionally number I contact seem to failing with the message "the number you are calling is not recognised" and occurs for both mobile and landlines.

Any thoughts?

If possible try your sim in another handset

Or go instore to have the sim repllaced Take photo ID

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Funnily enough, I had to replace the sim due to not being able to make or recieve calls. This has been resolved but I still have occasional reoccurring number not recognised, I am not manually dialing a number, it is stored.

That sounds @Jetz like a problem with your handset, as if your stored numbers have become corrupted.

What make and model of 'phone are you using ?
