I have recently been transferred from Virgin and yesterday morning my Virgin went dead and I have been trying ever since to get a signal back. I have payments to make and cannot do it because I get sent a message with a code to allow payment to be made, I cannot get these messages until my signal is back . This is incredibly frustrating and holding me back for 24hrs now just to this point. Can someone give me any information on who to call today as all I keep getting is that the offices are not open.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202
or 0344 809 0202
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402 Guide: A Guide to Skype
Or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help.

Thanks for the reply I appreciate that but, as I am finding out very quickly O2 are over promising and under delivering. I have been trying Customer Service since 8am and guess what? Yes you know dont you.

Actually @Cordz I'm very surprised that the Contact us page IS showing 8am opening. As it's Good Friday I fully expected a 10am start. Maybe, like so many other things O2 have failed to update the page as yet. I will tag one of our account advisors @megjess who should be on at 9am according to the rota.
She is based on the forum and hopefully will be able to assist you. @megjess are you able to help @Cordz please?

I would really appreciate that as I dont have signal I cannot get onto internet or anyhting when I leave home which over the Easter Break is literally soul destroying.

Thanks everyone for your help, I managed to get through to Customer Services and (whatever they done) they have resolved the issue. Have a great Bank Holiday.
