No roaming data in the EU

Hi

I've tried everything 02 have suggested and still can't get data in the EU, is there anything else I can try?

Is data roaming switched on in your phone settings?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Make sure your phone is set to 4G/LTE in network settings

Make sure airplane mode is disabled/off

Make sure your roaming and data roaming are enabled

Check your APN shoes "idata" - if not, you can change it to "mobile.o2.co.uk" and that should let you search for and latch onto a local network (even if it shows as 'Forbidden'!) and get roaming data @AlanCr -

If not, you may have a roaming bar set, and O2 need to remove that - contact them via DM on Twitter or Facebook Messenger, link below has the ways.
