Hi, my phone was cut off as I missed my payment. I paid it back two days
ago but I still don't have a working sim card. I've rebooted it and
tried enabling / disabling data. The account shows paid. Any
suggestions? I can't call tech support
Hi, I'm currently in NZ and using an NZ sim. Since about Nov/Dec last
year (big ish) my device stopped being able to connect to any mobile
network (VOLT update?!), despite working perfectly for months with an NZ
sim on a local network. Problem is now...
IS THERE A PROBLEM WITH THE 02 NETWORK AS I HAVE NOT HAD ANY CALLS FOR 2
DAYS DUE TO ALL INCOMING CALLS UNLES FROM AN 02 PHONE GOIUNG STRAIGHT TO
ANSWERPHONE. I EVEN WENT INTO THE WARRINGTON STORE YESTERDAY AND THEY
COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG.
I have not been able to use ny phone data abroad since the switch from
virgin to 02 on my I phone for number .I have tried everything and am
tired of constantly contacting live support whilst on holidays .I read
on a forum it could be something to do...
Hello. I have purchased a PAYG sim and are trying to add credit. I
normally live overseas and have an international credit card. Am I
unable to purchase credit without a UK card?
ive just passed on my contract over to my daughter,who lives in another
town.she says data will not connect, but wifi is fine.i used data every
