Hi there, 

 

Since Friday evening, I've had no network on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Only when i connect to a wifi can i make calls (through WiFi calling) and WhatsApp. Otherwise, I have a 'no entry' sign in the top right hand corner of my phone with no network or signal. Please help. I have tried the usual of reseting network settings, resetting factory settings, taking my sim card out and putting it back in. Thank you.
