When I landed in Italy I have 3G however my internet is not working and I did not receive a message from o2 when I landed. I have plenty of data… what should i do?!

You need to ask if roaming is enabled on your account.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
8 am is the best time to call.

If you are using an iPhone, change your data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
For any other phone, try a manual network search for a different network.
