Help! Daughter is in uni resort away from home.
we thought her phone was lost so blocked it and ordered a new sim, phone was found and phones o2 to unblock but it has no service! Is this because we have to wait for new sim?

@Kirsty79

You will need to wait for the new sim as the old one is barred now.

You will also need to call O2 when the new sim arrives to remove the account bar.
