im on monthly account and have just paid but data has not been credited to account ? Can you explain please ?

It can take 48 hours for payments to clear O2's account. Nothing will happen at this time on a Sunday night. If you're Pay Monthly and want to avoid problems like this in the future, set up a Direct Debit.
You can also speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
