Hi I have no 4G or internet unless on Wi-Fi but my calls are still working. I have taken all the steps advised but it still isn’t working. Thank you.

You need to contact O2.

Sounds like WiFi Calling is enabled, but your SIM may be faulty - take the phone and SIM and some photo id into an O2 Store and let them check it out, @Rebecca68191.
