No coverage in my home

I get zero coverage in my home which is in zone 2 north london. Streets surrounding seem to have okay coverage, but literally zero in my house. How can I find out what is going wrong? Other people on other networks (EE) are able to get coverage inside my home which suggests it is an o2 problem.

Also how come there is no official support, they've outsourced it to the community?!

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
