Hi All
I'm currently out of the country and my phone appears to have been cut off! I cant get a 4/3g connection and I cant phone any numbers.
I'm in a very remote location and I've had to knock on a door to ask if I could ue there internet, they have very kindly let me but I cant stay here too long!!
I cant phone O2, there is no email support or live chat.....what happened to those? I remember when you couldn't find a number and they insisted on live chat!!
Need some help asap. Thanks
Best
Gordon

@Go1 If you're in a remote location there may not be a mast for any network for you to connect to.
You can download Skype Guide: A Guide to Skype and call O2 for free on +44800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (now X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Try a manual network search - this will show all available networks in your location.
Whether you can connect to them will then be a separate issue.
