no network bar or hotspot available on my new esim

I've just downloaded and scanned my new esim and i can't hotspot and there's no service bar, I've just changed my tariff with you from a physical sim card and to do this i scanned a QR code please help

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or pop in store with photo ID.
