New sim into phone upgrade

Hi, i have upgraded my Son's phone and received a new sim.  

I have tried the text to swap sim and the message comes back not delivered.  I tried through my 02 but never recieved a code to clarify who i am.  Help required please!

I'd try the sim swap again and if still not working, you'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

@Dan08 If the swap didn't work, try the old sim in the new phone, if it's the same size.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

I have tried the old sim in the new phone and still no luck. Getting no sense with talking to 02. Not quite sure what to do.

Which phone did you get?

We know from others that O2 put temp bars on the iPhone 12 which need lifting before they will work.
