New customer recharged £10 but can't call or text. I signed in to rollover bundle etc. Options I am unsure byt all credit is gone without one call or text. Why is this so? I need assistance to reverse options mistakingly selected for my credit to all be inaccessible.

Pay As You Go: Introducing "Rolling Plans" is only workable using a credit or debit card, @pmoh - if you need to go back to a Big Bundle you can but you may need to contact O2's Social Media team to confirm - either link just below will work, reply after 8am though, so persist!

Your credit is exchanged for allowances and O2 no longer do a purely crediot based PAYG system anymore.
Your call and text allowances are for standard UK mobile and landline numbers only/
