My phone has shown NO Service for 3 days now and I can't use it to phone anyone. I've looked up on the O2 site, given my post code YO61 1SL and it says there is a mast out of service, how can I find out how long its going to be before I have my phone fully working.

I've got Voice and data 4G and wi-fi calling on but it makes little difference to me accessing much.

Can anyone help please

O2 don't give predictions for repairs but If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Account change by O2 without my knowledge

CREDIT FILE REFERRAL TEAM - NO RESPONSE

No signal or data

I have switched provider and can't access the bill...
