Hallo,
I have recently upgraded my Samsung phone(A35.5G)but forgot to write down my new password,phone has an ecard.sim.
I was using finger print to open phone when after 3 days of use i was asked to use password to unlock phone as a security measure but i am unable to do so as i cannot rember it,i contacted customer service who gave me a 6 digit number to enter but nothing happened and as i am housebound i am unable to get to an 02.store for help.
Could someone please advise me how to proceed please,tried phoning the 02 storeon numerous ocassions for advice but no one would answer the phone,i wanted to know if someone else could take the phone to the store for me but would they refuse as it was'nt their phone.

@oldmouldy For security reasons you will not be able to have someone else take your phone to an O2 store.

No one can know your password apart from you.
Google returns many suggestions to fix it.

Thank you for advice, following reset via Samsung and Google account phone up and running.
