Morning,
I’ve recently signed to a new 02 monthly contract and setup a random iCloud email address. I’ve not used the phone for a few months and have forgotten the passcode and when I go to reset the password it needs my iCloud password which I can’t remember!
I can’t even reset this on the iCloud page as it doesn’t show the full email address for security reasons.
Should I go into an 02 or Apple Store to show them I am the contract owner and see if they can help or is there an easier way?

I'm not savvy on iPhones but I would say this is more Apple than O2
We do have people here who are more iPhone than me. Hopefully one will pick up your post

An Apple Store will not help you, you need to contact apple via the support process, and to reset a Apple iCloud password can take up-to 7 days as Apple do quite a few checks..
