Hello!

had a brand new iPhone delivered today. Held it against my old iPhone and the eSIM swapped over. Suddenly the new iPhone has gone into voiceover mode and is asking for a passcode to which I haven’t even set up on the new device yet. I double tap my current phone passcode and it’s wrong. 02 customer care don’t have a clue and have advised me to take to store. Any apple experts out there able to help

Not an iPhone expert but I know the transfer of eSIMs does not work on O2

You will need to get a replacement.

Hate to say it but an O2 store is best

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
