My phone has shown NO Service for 3 days now and I can't use it to phone anyone. I've looked up on the O2 site, given my post code YO61 1SL and it says there is a mast out of service, how can I find out how long its going to be before I have my phone...
I've got an email asking me to reset my password by clicking on a link, is this a scam. If not why do I have to do it.
How do I change my direct debit bank account on line. I have looked on my O2 with little success.
