Monthly data only 5gb when it should be 10gb

Hi,

 

I recently signed onto a Virgin and O2 mobile package that was supposed to give me unlimited calls and texts and 10gb of data per month. However, when I login to my profile it says I only get 5gb of data which is a mistake because all communications have indicated that my plan gets 10gb...

As a Volt customer your data will be doubled after 14 days

Your My O2 will show  vOLT BOLT ON TOO

Oh right, so do I effectively have 5gb per fortnight? What happens if I go over the 5gb in a fortnight?

 

Do you know the reason for this?

No, after 14 days of starting the contract your data is doubled and stays at 10gb per month for the duration of the contract.
