I need help, I can’t send or receive texts or make or receive calls!
I have paid my bills and I’m up to date - I tried to speak to apple and they referred me to my provider. I’m not able to call. Please help

It’s not a payment issue, I pay my bills on time it’s a service issue I need to speak to tech
