Hi there,
I've recently moved from EE to O2 through Tesco Mobile and am trying to set up my address to receive network status updates. However, I've been running into issues.
Here’s what’s happening:
- I log in, go to add my place for updates, and enter my address.
- When I confirm the address, I get a blank page, and my address doesn’t get added.
So far, I’ve tried:
- Restarting my phone
- Disabling any ad blockers or privacy settings that might interfere
- Trying on different devices (both mobile and desktop)
None of these steps have resolved the issue. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have suggestions on what else I might try? Any help would be much appreciated!

Are you using My Network App?
https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network
I find I can add both home and work address simply by adding their postcodes and saving

Thank you for your suggestion. I encountered a few app crashes, but I did manage to do it through the app in the end.
