Mobile internet issues

Hi I’m having issues connecting to the internet When on 4g or 5g.

it shows as having 4g signal but is very slow to connect.

Anything in here help you, @Legend -> Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? 

If you are accessing a busy mast, switching down to 3G can often result in better download speeds from that mast. Good luck!
