Hello,
When I receive a call my Mobile Phone cuts off after 1 or 2 minutes The message is "No Network Coverage" My Mobile is set to 3G because the 5G signal is very poor in my area
The 1st part of the postcode is IP9
A new Sim is being sent to me. I have had this problem before My local shop changed my Sim Card which has worked for app 9 months now
The problem has come back again My mobile is a Reconditioned Samsung S20 Ultra +
I am missing talking about important Hospital Appointments because when I am out and about my Mobile cuts off and I can't have conservation with my Local NHS.
Any suggestions on what I can do about this very annoying problem with is making me stressed Thank you

I'd try it on 4g to see if it helps.

If a new sim doesn't fix the problem then it might be worth having the phone checked out for a fault
I would recommend dealing with Samsung directly
