Good morning! I lost my iPhone 13 last Thursday. 02 kindly blocked it, helped me make an insurance claim and a new replacement is due today. Very impressed with the service. When the new phone is delivered how do I ‘transfer’ or retrieve all my data etc., to the new phone. I obviously don’t have the old SIM. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Just login with your Apple ID and your phone will be restored from iCloud.
You will need to contact O2 to remove the placed restrictions from your account too.
