My wife’s iPhone keeps loosing connection - looses email and WhatsApp and browsing, Ring Door Camera etc.
so far tried turning mobile data off/on, rebooting phone and so on. Did manage to sort out her WiFi to connect to router in relatives flat where staying so she does at least have connection there. That’s separate of course - but to her means a ‘connection’.
voice and text okay
frustrating to keep going out of touch.
this is in Westminster/Victoria London
not had it in Ipswich
any ideas? Mast issues?

London is bad at the moment due to all the building work and influx of summer visitors stretching the network to the max.
