I changed the password you sent me when I set up my account but when I went to set up the App on my phone it would not accept the new password

It might need you to uninstall the app, reboot your phone and then install the app again @Lynn55
If that doesn't work, you might need to get in touch with customer services.
Either call them on 202 from your mobile phone, or 0344 809 0202 (or 0800 032 1402).
Alternatively message them on social media:
