Just had message that my 4g has been turned off, but no explanation

Usually happens when they are working on a local mast

Try rebooting your phone

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

This usually means they are working on your local mast

Nothing to worry about and 4G will return as normal probably later todasy

Who knows? Maybe your area is being upgraded to 5G...
