Hi,
Wondering please if any O2 experts could message me please?
I have been trying since Thursday to get O2 PAYG number swapped (migrated) to the sim I have received after joining O2 Pay Monthly Volt Virgin Deal.
I have tried Thursday, Friday, weekend, Monday and yesterday. Each time I was told 24 hours, except Friday when I was told 48 hours!
Needless to say I am still waiting. Yesterday I was even told on the call that my call was being made as a complaint to higher up, and would be ensured to be done within 24 hours or I would receive a call to explain why it couldn't be. I am still waiting and that was 38 hours ago now.
Is anyone able to actually sort this for me please? I am getting very frustrated ringing and it is now a week of being told the same thing with no result.

Hi Emma - I have a number migrated from Virgin now with O2 - I’m trying to get it migrated to a new phone/sim contract I have also on Ow - can this be done - keep getting told yes then nothing happens. Regards Richard
