Sorry if posting in the wrong boarsd, and I have seen the rota, please can someone tag the 02 experts that are next available in response to my query below. Thanks

Hi, 

Wondering please if any O2 experts could message me please? 

I have been trying since Thursday to get O2 PAYG number swapped (migrated) to the sim I have received after joining O2 Pay Monthly Volt Virgin Deal. 

I have tried Thursday, Friday, weekend, Monday and yesterday. Each time I was told 24 hours, except Friday when I was told 48 hours! 

Needless to say I am still waiting. Yesterday I was even told on the call that my call was being made as a complaint to higher up, and would be ensured to be done within 24 hours or I would receive a call to explain why it couldn't be. I am still waiting and that was 38 hours ago now. 

Is anyone able to actually sort this for me please? I am getting very frustrated ringing and it is now a week of being told the same thing with no result.

A huge thanks to @O2Emma for sorting this for me after such a long week of trying myself to no avail. I really am so grateful of this community and especially for the help I have received and my problem has been solved.

Hi Emma - I have a number migrated from Virgin now with O2 - I’m trying to get it migrated to a new phone/sim contract I have also on Ow - can this be done - keep getting told yes then nothing happens. Regards Richard
