Hi all. I'm new to O2 since 20th April.
I joined on a 12 month pay monthly contract.
One of the main reasons I joined was due to the double data volt benefits with virgin.
I've contacted support chat around 5 times in the last month to get the benefits enabled. The last time I told them I wanted to raise a complaint and they offered me double data while I waited - which they didn't apply properly.
The portal now says that I am eligible (finally) but a month in and the benefit still isn't applied.
As a new customer this is a poor experience, and I'm missing one of the reasons I joined O2 in the first place.
Does anyone know how I escalate a formal complaint? An email address or a phone number? I've had it with online chat only. I'm at the point where I'm considering cancelling the contract.
