Good Afternoon,

 

I have lost my phone and need to order a new sim card and phone. 

 

To log into my O2 account it is requesting to send a text message with a pin but do not have my phone to receive it. How can I access my account?

Hi, 

 

Thank you for your response. I don't have another phone at the minute to call O2 and not sure how to contact them via online. 

 

Every time I try to log in it requests to send me a pin number in a text message which obviously I cannot recieve.
