Hi I’m trying to log into my o2 account but it’s saying it’s not available to me yet. I’ve had this contract for almost a month and it’s been nothing but hassle. Can you please explain why I’m unable to log in. Thanks

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

@Emma - you will need to call O2 via 202 to ask, nobody here on the Forum has access to your account. You can get through pretty quickly around 08:10am, or ping their Social Media Team via the link just below and let them come back to you (my last interaction to them via Twitter DM started Friday morning, they eventually got back to me at 8am Sunday morning, resolving by Sunday evening). Have you tried logging in via the MyO2 link at the top of this webpage ? 

If via the MyO2 app, have you tried uninstalling it, rebooting your handset and reinstalling it ?
