I've recently upgraded my handset but haven't been able to activate mobile service. I called earlier and spoke to tech support. He said he would order me an esim and that I would be able to activate it on MyO2 within a couple of minutes. My line then went dead as my old SIM had been deactivated. However I'm unable to find out where to activate my esim in my account. Please help as I have no phone now!

That's only possible if you're on the new billing system, if not, you'll need to go instore with photo ID.

If in the new System then
Support> Swap your SIM choose install eSIM
