eSim not working

I have requested an eSim, but have not received instructions how to use it.  Also I am unable to connect to the data network as it seems to have been disabled, so am unable to call O2 for support.  Im not sure what to do next.  The Live Chat on your website is not working.  Very frustrating

You should have stuck to a physical sim, especially if you dont really need one.. 


You need to scan a QR code on your phone, its really that simple, and your old sim will have been disabled as soon as you requested a new sim.
