Similar to this thread, all incoming calls showing as No Caller ID. Have already had another sim swap, still same issue. Ringing customer service for months, still no solution. Not sure what else to do.

Not sure if it's on the thread you linked but some have found that turning off 4g calling fixes the issue.
Otherwise, you need to keep on to O2.
