Hi,
Just a warning to everyone. I’ve had a tech issue with my SIM card. It seems the tech support is now in India. The guy was telling me I needed to get a new contract otherwise he could not resolve my issue. Thanks God, he didn’t manage to get my credit card details as he had some technical problems.
I’ve hang up and noticed the SIM card issue was resolved. BE CAREFUL about this lying tech support. The worst is it O2 itself.
Don’t trust anything they tell you.

All advisors are trained to upsell, ,they lie to get commission.
