Incoming calls - no caller ID

Since Thursday all of my incoming calls are coming through as ‘No Caller ID’. This includes all of my saved contacts. I’ve checked all of my phone settings, completed a network reset, installed the latest iOS,

called O2 twice (they just googled it and offered no solutions!), been to a store and done a SIM swap. When another SIM,

with another account and number, is placed into my phone it works fine! It seems to be baffling everyone. Anyone have any ideas??….

Have to disagree it started on my phone before the update, I did two updates afterwards to see if it fixed the problem with no luck.

Have to disagree. I had the problems prior to updating my updates had two to do and was hoping it fixed the problem before trying anything else with no luck

Mine was the same it started Thursday evening and I was told to update it to fix it on Friday by o2 it’s now a week later and nothing has been resolved, i got a new SIM sent out and have now been offered a new SIM again. Hoping this gets sorted soon.

Hi I’m having the same issue since last week, o2 have sent me a new sim but this hasn’t solved the issue, tried my sim in my husband’s huawei and still ‘no caller Id’ it’s not my phone, it’s not apple, it’s my o2 acc! I’ve reset network settings as directed by o2 and nothings worked! Please help! X
