Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

@Sebbie2821 - You’d need to call O2’s customer service team – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217 )
Note if you have missed a payment, your service will not be reconnected until at least Tuesday, assuming you have paid the balance and any late payment penalty and this has cleared into O2's systems. Your phone will work when connected to WiFi, so that is probably your best bet until you can square your bill with O2.
