I can't get data to work. I tried bolt ons is the past and could not connect so last month I switched to a monthly bill with data in the hope it would fix the issue but I still can't get a data connection. My phone is a Samsung s10+ I have had a few people look at the phone to make sure handset settings are correct to allow for connection and noone can see an issue with the phone e or why it won't connect to data.
I have never been able to use data even when on different handsets.

What is your APN set as, as it should be mobile.o2.co.uk
It could be the handset is faulty as well, especially if it wont connect across PAYG or PAY Monthly, so might be worth speaking to Samsung Support as well..

From what you say it sounds like an account issue.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
