Last night I ordered the new iPhone 16 Pro Max via Switch Up. However, I decided to change the program with which to use it and canceled the order. Now I want to place the order again but there is a problem with IMEI on my old phone, and there were no problems last night.

You need to call o2, as the order will probably still processing, call the sales team on 0800 081 0255
